GB Designation Decoder

A GB designation is not a product name. Every letter constrains one physical property, and the order of the letters is fixed. Type a designation and this reads it back to you field by field, so a BV order does not arrive as BVR.

A characteristic code such as ZR- or NH- is a designation field, not a test result. A complete flame-performance representation is the characteristic code together with the cable model, the specification, the combustion standard number and the product standard number. Ask for all five.
