Release Decision Rules

A mismatch is a change, not an automatic rejection

When a release revision differs from the quotation basis, identify what changed, who approved it, whether price or timing moved, and whether the sample or first-article scope must be repeated.

Matching labels do not prove matching content

Exact revision text is the first screen only. The release owner must still confirm effectivity, approved deviations, component substitutions, drawing views, and the files included in the controlled package.

Resolve Release Mismatches Before Production

Send the revision index and changed files with the project number, quantity, approval authority, and required effectivity.
