Solar Cable Standard and Line Router

Four axes decide which solar cable a project can accept: circuit position, environment, destination market and construction. Set the first three and this router returns the standard route your project owner will hold you to, the Jinyou line that sits on it, and whether we hold a certificate on that route. Where we hold nothing, it says so.

Strand diameter check

Class 5 flexibility is set by strand count, not by the cross-section alone. Enter a conductor area and a strand count to see the nominal strand diameter that combination implies, then compare it against what a supplier has quoted you.

Nominal strand diameter: — mm

Our published H1Z2Z2-K conductor is Class V annealed tin-plated copper, 56 strands at 0.31 mm or finer, over a certified 1.5 to 240 mm² range.

Certificate numbers and holder details on the routes above can be checked directly in the TUV Rheinland public register at certipedia.com. This router reports what we hold and what we do not; it is not a compliance ruling for your project.
