Within 12 hours in most cases, and 24 at the outside: proposed construction, unit price, lead time and the certificates that apply.

Samples and documents
Where the project calls for it we arrange samples and issue the test reports and certificates your submittal package needs.

Production and shipment
Your order goes onto our own lines in Shanghai. We share production progress, packing details and shipping documents as they are ready.

Q.01
Can you supply cable to a specification I already use?
Usually, yes. Send the existing datasheet or part number along with the standard it is approved to, and we will confirm whether we can match the construction exactly or propose the nearest equivalent, with the differences listed openly rather than buried.
Q.02
Do you handle OEM and ODM work?
Custom OEM work is a core part of the business, covering everything from standard photovoltaic cable through to constructions designed for unusual installation environments. Jacket material, colour, surface printing and packaging can all be specified to your requirement.
Q.03
Which certifications do your cables carry?
We hold more than 50 product certifications and supply against TÜV, UL and IEC requirements depending on the destination market. We were also the first manufacturer in China to obtain PCCC certification for photovoltaic cable. Tell us the market and the approving authority and we will confirm what applies before you order.
Q.04
What are your minimum order quantity and lead time?
Both depend on the construction, the cross-section and whether the item is a running type or a custom build. We confirm the exact figures in the quotation rather than quoting a headline number that turns out not to apply to your cable.
Q.05
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Samples can be arranged for projects under evaluation. Include the construction and the length you need for testing in your enquiry, together with the courier account or delivery address, and we will confirm the arrangement with your quotation.
Q.06
Which languages does your export team work in?
Our foreign trade sales managers work in English and Chinese, and each is trained in international trade and finance as well as product engineering, so commercial and technical questions can be answered by the same person.
